We are not a 24-hour supervised facility. Someone comes through and checks on the dogs for a tuck-in time. All dogs are kept in their individual suite overnight.
Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a form including feeding instructions for your dog. Special diets, within reason, are able to be accommodated. We do have a small refrigerator available.
If you are picking up your dog from a boarding stay, checkout time is by 10:00am. While it is typically not a problem for your dog to stay later, an additional daycare fee will apply.
We do not have a veterinarian on staff. As part of our intake forms, we do request to know your preferred vet. However, if your dog needs 24-hour medical care, we will not be able to provide that service.
That is not a problem. Our staff has experience administering most medications. The client would be expected to provide necessary information such as what time of day it should be administered, how much and how often. However, if your dog needs 24-hour medical care, we will not be able to provide that service.
Please feel free to give us a call at 850-249-2284 to set up an appointment. You may also call us with any questions you may have about our procedures or facility. Before we may accept your dog, we will need to have proof of up-to-date vaccination records covering Bordetella (kennel cough), Rabies, and DHLLP.
